Ingredients: 1 cup semolina (rava/sooji) 1 onion, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 carrot, grated 1 capsicum, chopped 2 green chillies, chopped 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp cumin seeds A pinch of asafoetida (hing) 8-10 curry leaves 2 tbsp oil 2 cups water Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional) Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Instructions: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
